Ages & Capacities

In order to provide the caliber of programming for which we are known, our summer programs have very limited registration capacities and are intended for students aged 2-8.  Should have a need for infant programming or for a child older than 8, please reach out to our director, Kerra, at kerraceci@gmail.com to discuss your specific needs.

Registration Rates

A la carte weekly pricing:

• Current (and upcoming) school​ ​year CECI registrants - $275 per camp week
• Siblings of current CECI registrants - $300 per camp week (Increasing to $325 during the general registration period.)  
  • This pricing has been reduced from public pricing to incorporate a sibling discount.
• Public registration - $325 per camp week [Does not open until Monday, March 20 , 2021]

Summer Steal-of-a-Deal Package:

This year, we are offering a limited number of discounted registration packages​, for a limited time period,​ for families purchasing the full summer session during our ​opening registration​ period​. 

This package has been priced to assume most families will be on vacation for 1-3 of the summer weeks.  Therefore, our package pricing is a steal for anyone planning to spend 5 or more weeks at camp this summer!  If you select this package, you will be able to attend whenever you would like, however, for staff planning, we are asking you to indicate your anticipated weeks in attendance during registration.

• Current (and upcoming) school​ ​year CECI registrants - $1,500 - OVER $700 in savings!
• Siblings of current CECI registrants - $1,​650 ​ (Increasing to $1,750 during the general registration period) - Over $950 in savings!
• Public registration - $2,340 [Does not open until Monday, March 2​0, 2021] - Nearly $300 in savings!

Registration Payment

• Credit card payment via our registration system, at the time of registration, is preferred.
• Check payment will be allowed to families of current (as well as upcoming and prior) registered students.
• Payment for all camps is due at least 2 weeks prior to the start of that camp week.
• Payment for the discounted full summer session package must be received on or before April 15, 2021.
• All offerings are subject to potential COVID-19 regulations, mask requirements, closures, or other licensing and health-department directed partial or full closures.

Camp Cancellation Policy

With our limited capacities, a camp space you reserve may mean other campers are turned away. ​  Please allow up to 30 days for issuance of any applicable refunds.  ​Modifications will be allowed during the initial early access period (March 3-19) without penalty.

• WEEKLY REGISTRANTS / A LA CARTE 
  • Cancellations made more than 60 days out from the first day of your camp's week may be refunded 75% of the camp registration fee.   
  • Cancellations 30-59 days out from the first day of your camp's week may be refunded 50% of the camp registration fee. 
  • Cancellations 21 - 29 days out from the first day of your camp's week may be refunded 25% of the camp registration fee. 
  • Cancellations made within 14 days will forfeit the registration fee. 
• DISCOUNTED FULL SUMMER SESSION PACKAGE
  • The offered discounted is based on the understanding you may not attend all weeks of the session.  There will be no refunds for a portion of the summer or for partial utilization.​  If the package is not suited for your needs, you may purchase weeks on an a la carte basis.​
  • Full cancellations of the entire package made on or before April 15 may be refunded 50% of the package price.  
  • Cancellations of the entire package made on or before May 15 may be refunded 25%.
  • Cancellations of the package made after May 15 will not receive a refund and will be due in full if they have not yet been paid.   
  • Credit card fees are the responsibility of the registering party and are non-refundable.
