After landing at the Cancun International airport, you will make your way to baggage claim to collect your bags. You will then move into customs to declare any items you may be bringing into the country. Once through customs, locate your Databricks President's Club representative through the exit doors, they will be holding a sign with the Databricks President's Club logo.

 

After your 45 minute journey to Andaz Mayakoba, you will check in at the front desk to receive your room keys and resort information. The bell staff will assist you with your luggage, so be sure to have your name listed on all of your bags!

 

 

The hospitality desk will be available to you throughout your entire stay. You will find your President's Club representatives there to assist with booking meal reservations, onsite activities and off site excursions, or just to chat! Are you ready for a Fiesta?!  Let's heat things up with some Mexican flair and fire! Whether you've just arrived or just explored the property, slip into your flip flops and meet us on the beach. The festivities will include dinner, drinks, and entertainment.

 

It's a good morning in Mexico! We will kick off Friday with breakfast and a meeting for the winners and leadership.

 

Get your sombreros on and get ready to dive into an afternoon of activities on land and water. Feeling more siesta than fiesta?  Lounge on the beach with music and margaritas. Lunch and beverages will be served Beachwar recommended!

 

 

You selected a complementary activity during registration for you and your guest. Activities will start throughout the morning and are varying lengths based on what you have selected. Activities that allow you to stay on property include a massage or facial at the spa, a round of golf, or snorkeling. Off-property activities include the Rio Secreto cave tour, Xcaret Park adventure, or Tulum archeological tour with Jungle Maya Park.  

 

Tonight let's fiesta like there's no manana!  We'll celebrate you and your accomplishments in 2018 with a poolside dinner and awards program "Dress to impress" with your best resort ensemble as we celebrate together.
